Parts 1) Which activities we have done today. To learn, reflect about what? Name, conditions to do it, which objectives, it is for children or adults or both, any other version (Can you imagine or do you know any other activity to do with same or similar purpose?

In today’s session, we started by commenting that we would postpone the sensory experience we had scheduled for next week as half of the class was missing.

Next, We put ourselves in pairs or groups of three. One stretched while the other exerted pressure on different parts of his/her body, to become aware of it. Then they had to get up and move in tune with the movements of the pair. It was about the sensations of the different layers of our body and skin. Although this dynamic may seem a little strange to me from my perspective and my judgment, I ended up enjoying it.

I think I’m slowly starting to feel more comfortable in dynamics that require so much intimacy and calm and force you to just act and not think so much; be aware of "the now". This subject is giving me experiences and making me take paths that I did not imagine in the first class, and I am discovering reactions that I did not know I could have.

Then we sat down and talked about the experience. Then we put ourselves in groups (2/3 people) and, delimiting the physical space, we have had to invent a dynamic where, through actions and sounds, you get a mental image of the space. We wanted to use a “traditional school” scene to delimit a class. The other proposals have been very good: bacon in a frying pan, a rocket and space, or on the beach. The personal conclusion I have drawn is that I have overestimated my abilities; whether out of embarrassment, not being aware of all the details involved, or lack of creativity when thinking about the scene, the result has been years away from my initial idea. This tells me that I will have to keep working on it.

2) How have you felt doing them? (About emotions, and do you know or imagine why?) You can express it by drawing, painting, with a link, writing…

Today's activity reminded me of this video which I may have seen 30 times in my life:
