Parts 1) Which activities we have done today. To learn, reflect about what? Name, conditions to do it, which objectives, it is for children or adults or both, any other version (Can you imagine or do you know any other activity to do with same or similar purpose?

In today's session, we started by dividing the class members into different groups to carry out, for next week, an activity related, in my case, to space. The session, due to the previous hour, has started relatively late, so we had an hour to carry out the sensory experience in groups.

We first separated from the other groups and prepared the performance of our experience. We took four small containers and filled them with sugar, salt, flour and cacao. Then we seated four participants from another group at the four ends of a table, and since there were also four of us, we placed them next to each other with a different container. I had the salt.

They had to guess what the contents of the containers were using the different senses. First touch, then listen, then smell, then sight and finally taste.

We rotated so each member was able to live the experience with two different contents.

When we were done, another group covered our eyes to live their experience. They put different foods in front of us such as lemon, garlic, cookies, honey, or "avecrem". We were asked not to interact with each other or to have any (auditory) reactions, and I had a challenge depending on when.

The experience was very fun and different, and I think that not having the option in the sense of sight has made me realize two things:

1. I have been able to focus much more on the taste of each food and it has increased my sensitivity to it.

2. Not only will you have a sensory experience but also a confidence experience with my teammates.

Finally, we viewed work by some colleagues and their experience was completely the opposite of the one we created or the one we experienced.

They settled some companions and their experience was to take you on a journey into the jungle (I think) using resources to enhance all the senses (except sight). It is curious to see how so many different experiences have occurred to us all from the same starting point.

2) How have you felt doing them? (About emotions, and do you know or imagine why?) You can express it by drawing, painting, with a link, writing…

3) Connections with the concepts of the subject, articles, readings, videos, your own experience or learnings from other subjects, degrees…

The factor I related today is a non-curricular experience. The workshop my classmates did remind me of a 4D cinema, with the distinction that in theatre one of the senses they enhance is sight, and in the classroom experience, they annulled it.
