Parts 1) Which activities we have done today. To learn, reflect about what? Name, conditions to do it, which objectives, it is for children or adults or both, any other version (Can you imagine or do you know any other activity to do with same or similar purpose?

We arrived at the session and continued with different activities aimed at working with body awareness. We put ourselves in pairs and, in turns, we had to relax and stretch the other person’s body; First shaking the couple's arm and forcefully stacking it. Then moving the foot in different directions and shaking the lower body. Afterwards, holding the head carefully, we moved it to the corners and up and down to achieve an appropriate level of relaxation. Finally, we massaged our partner's neck and head for a short period. At this moment we ended with the first part.

The second part of the session consisted of, the corresponding pairs, playing in the mirror. Face to face, you had to imitate the actions of the person in front of you and reproduce them as if they were the reflection of your mirror. Finally, we had to act, also in pairs if at the same time, as an animal we had chosen; for the graceful movement produced by frogs, we chose this one.

The aim of the session was the continuous work of body awareness, the consciousness of the body scheme we possess. Gaining this recognition benefits our psychomotor development, self-esteem, autonomy, domination of measures and coordination.

Finally, we read "Eyes of the Skin" for a while. I have read 15 pages and it is one of the densest readings and with the most complicated vocabulary I have read in my entire life. I have to read and reread each paragraph about three times to understand it, but the ideas it gives you are very, very interesting; they make you react. He links theory to architecture and explains each meaning in a very formal, aesthetic and philosophical way, although the background is scientific and proven. What is most striking to me at the moment is the importance given to the sense of touch, the denial of sight as the main sense and all the implications we receive from the sense of the skin.

2) How have you felt doing them? (About emotions, and do you know or imagine why?) You can express it by drawing, painting, with a link, writing…

3) Connections with the concepts of the subject, articles, readings, videos, your own experience or learnings from other subjects, degrees…

Today's session reminded me of the concept of mirror neurons that we studied last year in the subject of psychology. These neurons are activated when an individual / animal reproduces the same action that somebody previously performed. In a less scientific way, they are responsible for making us develop empathy for other beings and be able to establish relationships with other individuals. The exercise carried out in the classroom today strengthens control over our body but can also be defined as an exercise in empathy for the other person.
