Parts 1) Which activities we have done today. To learn, reflect about what? Name, conditions to do it, which objectives, it is for children or adults or both, any other version (Can you imagine or do you know any other activity to do with same or similar purpose? )
The first activity that we've done in class today was a recognition of our peers. We moved around the class and we had to remember how our companies were dressed and with the eyes closed, recognise them.
After this, we were working on the rhythm using a methodology that made us move our whole bodies; in a circle position, we had to move our arms when it was our turn clapping our hands while moving our body in order to accompany the clap.
Then we played a game that we had to "throw air" to somebody in a circle; if the person was next to you you had to say "zap" if they were crossing the room you had to say "zip", if you were thrown air you had to clap but if you didn't want to catch it you had to jump with an X position and say "boing". This is related to body awareness, which is the consciousness you have about your own body. The next activities also were related to body awareness.
We walked around the gym and when we listened to a clap we had to say hello very effusively to the person closest to us. We did the same after but we couldn't talk.
And last but not least, in pairs we became puppets; with imaginary thread, we moved how the other person wanted. This was very fun but much more difficult than what I expected at the very first moment because some of the movements were in general places but some of them were very specific and you had to control every inch of your body.
You could use all of the activities with children to help the developing of their body consciousness and also would help in their psychomotricity development and autonomy, but if at some moment it was difficult for us, all grown-ups, it would definitely be harder to put it in practice in an early childhood/ primary class.
This activity also helped us to create a closer link between us and get to know each other better. It also created an approach between all the classmates.
2) How have you felt doing them? (About emotions, and do you know or imagine why?) You can express it by drawing, painting, with a link, writing…

3) Connections with the concepts of the subject, articles, readings, videos, your own experience or learnings from other subjects, degrees…
I believe that the activities we have carried out today can be combined with techniques for knowing and recognizing our body. In the subject of Early Childhood Psychology that we studied in the first semester of this year we were introduced to psychomotor development, and one of the most important factors to consider for the proper performance of a child's psychomotor skills is the control and knowledge of the parts of his body and consequent functioning. I remember when I studied it I was surprised that the image you have of your body refers to psychomotor development and not cognitive, but then I understood the difference between consciousness and the involuntary nature of the notion of the body.
